Q : Does the DVD play on Mac and PC ?
R : Yes, it does.
Q: What is the contents of the DVD?
R : The DVD contains 150 transitions (some indicated by a B are alternatives) in HD1080p / 24ips Quicktime™ format and 150 same transitions in Targa sequence SD NTSC 720x540 and SD PAL 720 x 576 format.

Q: How to buy the DVD Alpha Transition of the 30s?
R : You can order the product while clicking on the link in right-bottom of the Homepage of the Redliger's Store. The transaction is done via Paypal. It's easy, fast and secure.

R : For logistic reasons, you must carry out your command 24/24, 7/7, by the way of Redliger's Store.

Q : What is the currency of the DVD (59$) ? is it net of tax ?

It's net of tax. For Quebec, the total price is calculated with TPS (5%) and TVQ (7.5%) [59+2.95(TPS)=61.95+4.65(TVQ)=66.60$]. For the other provinces of Canada, only the TPS applies. For the other countries, the taxes do not apply.

R : Please contact us at info@redliger.com. All the transitions from the DVD are available on request to any format. Additional costs are to be envisaged.
Q : The dvd that I ordered seem not to function. What can I do ?
R : The
manufacturer takes the greatest care to the manufacture of the DVD ; however, it is possible that a product was damaged. (before any panic, you must check well your material : is it really a DVD Player ? Does it operate...). You must contact me : denis@redliger.com
All will be made to send a new DVD within the shortest deadlines. For any exchange, you should return only the dvd without its box.
